Terms and conditions of sale

These general conditions of sale (GCS) govern the contractual relationship between Reparation-drone.com, hereinafter referred to as "the Seller", and any person making a purchase on the site Reparation-drone.com, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer". Any order placed on the site implies unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Reparation-drone.com is an online store specializing in direct delivery from our supplier partners of spare parts and accessories for DJI products.

1. Products

The products offered for sale on Reparation-drone.com are DJI drone spare parts and accessories. The Seller undertakes to supply products in conformity with the description displayed on the site. However, variations may exist between the products displayed on the site and the products actually delivered due to updates or modifications made by the manufacturers. Product availability is subject to change and may vary according to suppliers' stock levels.

2. Awards

The prices displayed on the Reparation-drone.com website are in euros and include all taxes, excluding delivery costs. The Vendor reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time the order is validated by the Customer.

3. Control

The Customer places an order online on the Reparation-drone.com website. The order is considered final once the Customer has clicked on the validation button after checking the contents of his basket. The Vendor confirms receipt of the order by e-mail.

4. Payment

The payment of purchases is made online by credit card, PayPal or any other payment method accepted by the site Reparation-drone.com. Payments are secure and all information transmitted is encrypted. The order will be executed and shipped upon receipt of payment by the Seller.

4.1 Order cancellation before shipment
The Customer may request cancellation of the order until it has been dispatched. In this case, the Vendor will reimburse the amount paid, less any processing fees invoiced by payment service providers (including PayPal), if these fees are not reimbursed to the Vendor. The amount retained corresponds exclusively to the costs actually invoiced to the Seller at the time of the transaction. No other costs or penalties are applied.
An order cannot be cancelled once it has been marked as shipped.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of ordering. The Vendor cannot be held responsible if the address indicated by the Customer is incorrect or incomplete. Delivery times are given on the site as an indication and may vary from 5 to 15 days depending on product availability, delivery location and carrier. For certain products, however, such as batteries and other energy storage devices requiring sea transport, delivery times may extend to 30-45 days. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery attributable to the carrier.

Delivery costs are automatically calculated according to the value of your basket. Réparation-drone.com offers free delivery for all validated orders over €50. This offer is valid for most items sold on the site. However, in certain special cases (large packages, batteries, etc...), delivery charges may be added.

The customer is invited to report any delivery anomaly (package not received, damaged package, product error) within 30 days of the date indicated as delivered by the carrier. This period is intended to facilitate the processing of claims. In the absence of notification within this period, the seller may encounter difficulties in investigating the claim with the carrier.

Virtual products (software, firmware) are made available as soon as the purchase procedure has been completed.

6. Warranty

The products sold by Reparation-drone.com are guaranteed to comply with the legal provisions in force. In the event of non-conformity of a product, the Customer may contact the Vendor's Customer Service Department to benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity or the guarantee of hidden defects, as the case may be.

Special cases of batteries : Batteries are consumables, whose lifespan is directly linked to their conditions of use. As their actual lifespan is well under 24 months, the nature of these products does not appear compatible with the duration of the legal warranty of conformity. Consequently, we guarantee batteries for a period of 3 months from date of purchase

In any case, Réparation-drone.com declines all responsibility for the following in particular:

- Normal wear and tear;
- Use for purposes other than those for which the product is intended
- Damage or accidents caused by negligence, lack of supervision or maintenance, or improper use;
- Damage resulting from modifications, incorporations, poor welding or repairs to the product;
- Damage resulting from failure to comply with the recommendations for use of the products mentioned in the product description, and/or with the specific regulations relating to the products sold.
- Malicious acts by the Customer or third parties;

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify his reasons or pay any penalties, with the exception of the cost of return, which remains at his expense.

Special case: Virtual and dematerialized products benefit from the same legal right of withdrawal only if they have not been downloaded. In the opposite case, the customer waives this right as soon as the download begins. No retraction is then possible.

8. Back

In case of product failure, please contact us at atelier@reparation-drone.com. If the conditions are met, a return transport voucher will be sent to you by e-mail. Products must be returned in their original condition (packaging, complete accessories, instructions) and in good condition. All damaged, soldered, damaged, incomplete or soiled products will not be reimbursed.

The buyer has 7 days to return the product once the return validated by the SAV. In this case, Reparation-drone.com is obliged to refund or credit the sums paid by the customer without penalty. Shipping and return costs are at your expense. The refund is due within a maximum of thirty days from the date of receipt or delivery of the product by the Customer.

In the event of abnormal or abusive returns, Reparation-drone.com reserves the right to refuse a subsequent order.

9. Liability

The Seller cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused by the use of products sold on Reparation-drone.com. The Customer is solely responsible for the use he makes of the products and must comply with the instructions for use provided by the manufacturer.

10. Specific case of virtual products

Virtual products (software & firmware) are available to the buyer as soon as payment has been validated by our services. These can be downloaded from the "Downloads" section of the buyer's account. The buyer's protection applies until the product has been downloaded. The buyer waives any right to a refund once the download has been completed. The Seller cannot be held responsible for any fraudulent use or misuse of the products. In case of doubt as to their use, the Buyer may contact the workshop for assistance.

11. Intellectual property

All elements of the Reparation-drone.com website are protected by copyright, trademark law and other intellectual property rights. Any reproduction, representation or use of all or part of the site is strictly forbidden without prior authorization from the Vendor or the manufacturer.

12. Personal data

The Seller undertakes to protect the privacy of users of the Reparation-drone.com website and to comply with current legislation on the protection of personal data. The information collected at the time of the order will only be used within the framework of the commercial relationship between the Seller and the Customer.

13. Disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction to settle the dispute.

14. Product availability

The products offered for sale on Reparation-drone.com are subject to availability. In the event of unavailability of a product after validation of the order, the Seller will inform the Customer by e-mail as soon as possible. The customer may then choose to wait for the product to become available or cancel the order.

15. Technical support

Customers may contact Customer Service for any questions or requests for technical assistance concerning the products purchased, via a ticket system, available on the orders placed page. Requests for assistance by other means may be subject to longer processing times. Support details will be specified on the site.

16. Force majeure

The Seller shall not be liable for failure to perform its contractual obligations in the event of force majeure, as defined by applicable law. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, industrial disputes, epidemics, or any other circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the Seller.

17. Limitation of liability

The Vendor's liability is limited to the amount of the order in the event of a dispute. The Vendor cannot be held responsible for indirect or immaterial damage resulting from the use of products.

18. Modification of the GTC

The Vendor reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The modifications will be applicable to orders placed after their publication on the site.

19. Consent to electronic communication

The Customer agrees to receive electronic communications concerning his or her order and store updates.

20. Customs fees

As VAT is included in our prices, the customer does not have to pay customs duties if the order is sent from outside the European Union. However, for orders over €200, it is possible in rare cases that a customs tax will be applied when clearing the country of destination. This will be charged in full to the customer.
