We can take back your damaged drone (France only)
Your drone is not in good condition and you don't want to repair it? We can take it back under certain conditions. Please fill in this form to send us your proposal. There are several points to bear in mind:
- Your drone must be in mainland France.
- The drone will be sold "for parts".
- The drone must not be banned or blocked by DJI, and must no longer be linked to your DJI account.
- The list of drone models taken over is in the form. If your model is not listed, we do not take it back.
- The photos are mandatory. Proposals without one will not be considered.
- You will receive a reply to your proposal only if it is coherent, meets the various criteria and is complete.
- The final estimate will be made after the condition has been checked by our workshop. No payment or deposit will be made prior to this check.. At the end of the diagnosis, you'll receive a buy-back estimate, as well as a repair estimate. You can then choose between selling your drone as it is, having it repaired by the workshop (with an estimate), refusing the sale and having it returned to you.
- Postal charges to our workshop will be paid by us. However, if the drone is more damaged than initially announced, and no agreement is reached on the price, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Payment will be made by the means of payment you prefer (bank transfer, PayPal, or voucher on our store).
