Worldwide delivery

We ship worldwide, with the exception of a few islands and Africa, where shipping costs may be excessively high. However, if you live in one of these areas and would like to place your order, please contact us via contact page.

Shipping

We aim to have your parcel ready within 1 to 3 working days, then ship it from our warehouses in China or Denmark.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs are automatically calculated according to the value of your basket. Réparation-drone.com offers free delivery for all validated orders over €50. This offer is valid for most items sold on the site. However, in certain special cases (large packages, batteries, etc...), delivery charges may be added.

Delivery time

The average delivery time is between 5 and 12 days, depending on the final destination of the parcel. Transport is carried out by a third-party company.

Battery controls

Delivery times for specific products such as batteries, which are considered to be "at risk" and require dedicated transport, can be substantially longer, sometimes ranging from 15 to 40 days.

Claim period

The customer is invited to report any delivery anomaly (package not received, damaged package, product error) within 30 days of the date indicated as delivered by the carrier. This period is intended to facilitate the processing of claims. In the absence of notification within this period, the seller may encounter difficulties in investigating the claim with the carrier.

You can track your parcel online via Your account > Controls from the website.

Customs fees

As VAT is included in our prices, you won't have to pay any customs duties if your parcel is sent from outside the European Union. However, for orders over €200, it is possible in rare cases that a customs tax may be applied. This will be charged exclusively to the buyer.
